Q. You say your are expedited carriers, what does that mean exactly
and why does it cost more than traditional transport service?
A. Being Expedited carriers means that we get your item picked up &
delivered quickly. We make dedicated runs to get your vehicle picked
up & delivered quicker than using a typical schedule. Instead of bidding
jobs and then planning a route where all of our pickups & deliveries
correspond and the trip is one big easy circle with drop offs near
pickups and vice versa, we are dedicated to you and your run. The
larger companies will haul many cars at one time in one direction and
can therefore charge less due to the volume of vehicles they are
hauling.
Q. You say you haul the items that other carriers refuse to move,
what exactly do those items include, and why don't the other carriers
get them?
A. There a lot of carriers that will not move immobile vehicles, or
large vehicles. We specialize in moving the equipment and larger
vehicles that don't fit on a traditional transport trailer. If your vehicle
has flat tires, we can move it, if it doesn't run, we can move it. We can
pretty much move anything, and we enjoy the challenge of items that
don't run.
Q. You say it is just two partners running this business, then you
say you have two drivers. Is it the two partners driving, or do the two
partners run things and then hired drivers deliver the items?
A. We are the drivers as well. We both drive a truck with trailer to
handle the work we have, there are no "hired" employees. We are
individually owned and operated.
Q. Do you require a deposit for shipping my vehicle?
A. Yes we do require a deposit. The reason we have implemented
this policy is due to the fact we had several clients change their mind,
or not pay for a vehicle that we had not found out until we got there
to load it. Your deposit will be refunded if for some reason we are
unable to complete your transport as described in our correspondence.
If we require a deposit on your item, we accept Visa, Master Card,
Discover & American Express. Or you can deposit by check or bank
transfer trough PayPal.
